1. Purchaser Representations & Warranties

By placing an order on this website, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You possess the technical knowledge, equipment, and safety procedures required to handle analytical research materials.
• You understand that products have not been evaluated or approved by the TGA, FDA, or equivalent health authorities for human or veterinary use.
• You will not use, resell, or distribute any supplied compound for personal, clinical, therapeutic, household, or agricultural purposes.

2. Ordering, Pricing & Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and verification. STAK™ reserves the right to decline, restrict, or cancel orders suspected of violating our Research Use Only policy or merchant risk standards. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars ($ AUD) unless explicitly selected otherwise.

3. Product Integrity & Labelling

Each compound is dispatched in lyophilized form under strict batch tracking. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) generated by independent analytical laboratories are made available for each batch. Labels explicitly designate compounds for laboratory research use.

4. Limitation of Liability

STAK™ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper handling, misapplication, or unauthorized use of any supplied compound. The purchaser assumes full responsibility and liability for laboratory safety and regulatory compliance within their jurisdiction.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
